It is safe to eat, but please ensure it is cooked very hygienically to avoid any stomach infections. In early pregnancy, even a small food infection can cause severe cramping. Be very careful with outer food.
Oh dear, please don't worry if you accidentally had a tiny bite, but try to avoid papaya now, especially raw ones. It can sometimes cause contractions which isn't safe for the baby. I totally understand how confusing all these food rules can be, just take care of yourself!
Currently in my 34th week, and let me tell you, sleeping feels like trying to park a truck in a tight space! I am basically living in a fortress of 5 pillows just to stay on my left side. Left side is best, but honestly, any sleep is a victory right now.
Eating healthy fruits like figs is a great, cheap way to keep your hemoglobin up naturally. It is much better than buying expensive iron supplements later, but don't eat too many.
Honestly, just pray for a healthy baby first. I lost my first pregnancy and it broke me, so now I feel a single healthy baby is a huge blessing. Twins are lovely but don't force or stress your body for it.
