I'm curious about the typical schedule for prenatal care. How many ultrasound scans are usually done during a pregnancy here in the US?
I'm in my first trimester and want to make sure I'm eating right for my baby. What foods are best to eat during the first trimester of pregnancy? Any healthy and easy suggestions would be helpful.
