I'm considering using a belly band after delivery to help with recovery. Are belly bands safe to use after pregnancy, especially for the stomach muscles?
My recent ultrasound report mentioned 'grade 3 maturity' for the placenta. I'm not familiar with this term. Can anyone explain what grade 3 maturity means in pregnancy?

Doc put me on progesterone after my IUI and now i feel nausea, sore breast, all that. So confused matlab is it the medicine or am i actually pregnant? Dont wanna get my hopes up. Anyone been through this?
Im 18 weeks and instead of gaining im actually down by 2 kgs since last visit. Eating is fine now, vomiting bhi kam ho gaya. Thoda worried ki is this okay? Planning to ask doc but wanted to hear ur experiences.
