I'm expecting my first baby and I'm hoping for a normal delivery if possible. What steps can I take or what things can I do during my pregnancy to increase my chances of having a normal, natural delivery? Any tips would be great.
I'm currently 21 weeks pregnant, and sometimes it's confusing to keep track in months. Can anyone tell me approximately how many months along I am?
