I had some spotting in my first trimester and literally panicked, crying all the way to the clinic, but my doctor told me it was just implantation and completely normal. Still, you must call your gynac right away to get a proper scan done. It will really ease your mind once the doctor confirms everything is fine.
I would strongly advise not to try any weird home tests or medicines that claim to predict or change the gender. My pregnancy had severe complications, and I realized only baby's health matters. Always follow your doctor's instructions.
It took me about 12 days to feel slightly nauseous after my procedure, but every body is different. Try not to over-analyze every little cramp. Just stay positive and look forward to holding your little one!
Simply put, it's the preparation phase before you get pregnant. Get your basic blood tests done, check your rubella immunity, and start your prenatal vitamins. Being proactive now saves you a lot of stress once those two lines actually appear.
I have heard that testing on the first day of your missed period or a day after gives the best result. I am also hoping for a positive result soon, hope it works out for both of us.
