During my pregnancy, I had GD and had to watch everything, including medications. Combiflam should definitely be avoided unless your doctor specifically prescribes it. Ask your gynac for a safe option.

I was checking my calendar every hour and tested three days before my period was even due! It showed negative and I was devastated, but then it turned positive 2 days after my missed period. It usually shows a reliable positive around 1 to 2 days after your missed period, but try not to drive yourself crazy testing too early like I did!
