While you wait for your test day, just focus on eating healthy and avoiding sugary, processed foods. The most accurate time to test is the morning after your period is missed. Keeping your body nourished and relaxed during this waiting phase is very important.
Totally agree with others. Usually PCOS causes missed periods, not false positives, so do get a blood test done to be 100% sure.
20 days is actually a bit too early to confirm because the pregnancy hormones are still very low in the body. I know the wait is exhausting (just like my 3rd trimester!), but wait until your period is missed by at least 2-3 days for an accurate home kit test.
Basically sperm needs to meet the egg during your fertile window, which is usually mid-cycle. My husband always says to track the LMP and count 10 to 16 days after that. Keep track of your cycle, it's just biology working its magic.
It is very common, but instead of buying those expensive pregnancy pillows right away, just use a normal soft pillow behind your knees when you sleep. Save your money for the double marker test and early scans coming up.
