Honestly, I used to vomit at the mere sight of my kitchen! I survived on cold water, lemon slices, and sleeping as much as my body allowed. Just hang in there, it usually gets much better by the second trimester, and then you get to deal with sleepless nights instead, haha!
My mother suggested a warm oil massage before sleeping, which helped. But also ask your doctor, as sometimes calcium or magnesium deficiency causes this.
With twins, my headaches were double, but my doctor told me paracetamol is generally safe to take when needed. Still, please don't self-medicate and always ask your gynac before popping any pill.
