Hi, I'm 27 weeks pregnant and when to take folic acid during pregnancy?. kamar what should I do? Any advice from other moms-to-be?
I usually have curd and sometimes those probiotic drinks daily. Now im pregnant and confused if the live cultures thing is fine or not. Anyone checked with their doc about this?
