Look, don't make it complicated. Just take the date when your last period started and count the weeks from there. That is how the doctor does it. Once you get your first ultrasound, they will adjust the date if needed anyway.
Raisins are excellent, especially for curing constipation which is so common in pregnancy. I always suggest soaking 5-6 raisins overnight and having them in the morning. It really helps with digestion!
Actually, my gynac said all fruits are fine as long as they are washed properly. However, some doctors advise limiting grapes in the first trimester due to high resveratrol. Better to ask your doc once.
Oh, five months was my absolute favorite time because the belly was cute and not too heavy yet! I clearly remember feeling the first proper kicks around this time. Cherish this phase, because the third trimester gets much heavier!
Honestly, wheatgrass tastes so much like raw grass that I couldn't even stand the smell of it during pregnancy! Why drink that when you can have fresh coconut water or safe fruit juices? Skip the grassy drinks and treat yourself to something actually tasty!
