I was so scared when my doctor ordered a late scan at 38 weeks, thinking something was wrong. But it turned out to be just a routine growth scan to check the baby's position and amniotic fluid! It is completely normal to have the last one between 36 and 38 weeks.

Honestly, I never had any bleeding or periods once I got pregnant. A few of my friends mentioned light spotting in the beginning, but actual periods don't happen. If you are bleeding heavily, please check with your doctor immediately because that wasn't my experience.

It is 7 days, but right now with a newborn, 1 week feels like a whole year of no sleep! Enjoy your 7-day weeks of peaceful sleep while you can, mama.

With PCOS or regular issues, it's best to wait until your doctor does a follow-up scan and says you're ready. Don't rush the healing process.

Boy or girl, all I know is this baby is using my bladder as a trampoline right now! I am in my 3rd trimester and just want this active little kicker out safe and sound, haha.
