In my experience, doctors don't find out during regular checkups unless they do a specific test. When I was early pregnant, I went for dental work and thankfully told them, otherwise they wouldn't have known. Always inform them!
It can catch it so fast, even 10 days after ovulation! 🩸 I was so excited when my blood test confirmed it before my period was even due. All the best, sending lots of love! 😊
As someone who sees these cases closely, let me tell you that skin elasticity depends a lot on genetics and hydration. Focus on core strengthening exercises like planks only after your doctor clears you, usually around 6-8 weeks postpartum. Keep yourself well hydrated and eat a protein-rich diet to help the tissues repair.
I know those pregnancy kits in the drawer keep calling your name! But try to ignore them until your period is actually late. Testing too early just leads to unnecessary squinting under different lights!
Vaginal dryness can happen, but don't use any scented washes or self-treatments. Just drink plenty of water and discuss it during your next doctor's visit.
