I've heard some things about breast changes during pregnancy. Does breast milk start coming in even before the baby is born, or does that only happen after delivery? I'm curious about how my body will change.
I use azelaic acid for my skin, and now that I'm pregnant, I'm checking all my products. Is azelaic acid safe to continue using during pregnancy? I don't want to risk anything.
