Please do not take any over-the-counter medicine for fever when you are trying to conceive. I had some complications earlier, so my doctor always insisted on checking with them before taking even a single pill. Better to be safe.
Honestly, chapathi was the only thing I could digest during my nausea phase! Now that I am awake at 3 AM with my baby, I miss those simple, quiet dinners with just hot chapathis. Eat them while they are warm, trust me, you will miss peaceful eating later!
Don't worry about the medical jargon. Palpable simply means the doctor can feel the baby's parts or your uterus from the outside. My mother used to say old midwives could tell everything just by doing this.
Haan na, even my friends told me not to eat it but doc said kuch nahi hota. Just don't eat too much in the first trimester to be on the safer side. Thoda sa kha lo if you really want!
I'm in my second trimester and my doc said strictly no alcohol at all. I sometimes get a bit anxious seeing others enjoy drinks while I can't, does anyone else feel a bit left out too? How do you girls cope with this?
