My doctor said my amniotic fluid levels are a bit high. Are there any natural ways or diet changes I can make to help decrease amniotic fluid during pregnancy?
My gynac suggested the double marker test and its a bit costly for us. Is it really compulsory or can it be skipped? thoda confused whether to do it or not, what did u all do?
