If you have the patience of a saint, wait 3 days. If you're like me and can't wait, go ahead, but don't panic if it's negative because it's still very early!
It's usually done around the 6th month, between 24-28 weeks. Since it takes about 2-3 hours because of multiple blood draws, make sure u block half a day at work and carry a book or laptop with you.
Honestly, Basa is quite cheap and easy to cook since it has no bones, making it very practical. It is safe to eat during pregnancy as long as it's not undercooked. Just fry it properly or make a nice home-style curry.
Don't worry, the baby has no idea what is happening and is safely packed in there! Gynacs usually give a green signal unless you have complications. Just choose comfortable positions and don't perform any wild acrobatics, haha!
I literally tested three days before my period was due and got a negative, which made me panic so much! Then my period didn't come, I tested 3 days after missed date, and it was positive. Just save yourself the anxiety and wait till your period is late by a day or two.
