My husband and I are trying to be careful, but I'm a bit confused about something. Can pre-seminal fluid actually cause pregnancy? I'm worried about unintended conception.
I use Nivea cream regularly for my skin. Ab main pregnant hoon, I'm wondering if it's safe to continue using it or if I should switch to something else.

My feet and ankles have started swelling up so much, by night I cant even fit into my chappals properly. Im 30 weeks. Is there anything that helps reduce this, sharing tips would be great.
