Haan, 9th month me toh normal checkup ke liye doctor karte hi hain na to see if delivery time is near. Bilkul darna mat, thoda uncomfortable hota hai par baby ki safety ke liye zaroori hai. Ask your doctor nicely and they will explain everything.
Honestly, there is no 'best time' or method to conceive a specific gender. I recently delivered my baby and during my journey I realized that only a healthy baby matters at the end of the day. Just focus on your health and tracking your ovulation to conceive.
My little one is a toddler now and looking back, I'd say don't make intimacy feel like a chore. Just relax, have a happy routine, and let things happen naturally.

Yaar, actually testing before missed periods is a bit of a gamble. Sometimes you get a super faint line and then spend days wondering what it means! Better to wait till your date passes and then do a home test first thing in the morning.
