Having faced a miscarriage before, I can tell you that just holding a breathing, healthy baby in your arms is the biggest blessing in the world. Whether it's a boy or girl doesn't matter, just pray for a healthy baby.
I totally understand how hard it is to look in the mirror and see a completely different body. But please remember, that loose skin housed your beautiful little baby for nine months! Be gentle with yourself, massage your tummy with warm coconut oil, and give your body the time it deserves to heal.
I felt some mild stretching pains in my early weeks, but when I had sharp severe pain once, I got so scared. My husband took me to the hospital immediately and luckily everything was fine. Please don't ignore severe pain, do contact your gynac.
It is a very common early sign. Try chewing a small piece of ginger or cardamom, but if it makes you feel too dehydrated, let your gynac know.
Fatigue is super common as your body is working hard. I used to go for gentle 20-minute morning walks and made sure to sleep early. Staying active actually gave me more energy and really helped me during my normal delivery later.
