Seeing your baby on the screen is the most emotional feeling ever, I used to cry during mine. Usually, you'll have around 4 to 5 standard scans. It’s totally normal to feel anxious before them, but it’s all for the baby's safety.
A missed period is the main one, but sometimes you might also feel mild cramping or light spotting called implantation bleeding. I hope you get your positive news very soon!
Your body is preparing to nurture a new life, so it naturally asks for more water to keep everything pure and flowing. Stay positive, keep yourself well-hydrated, and take deep breaths. May God bless you with a smooth and happy journey.
I also had bacterial vaginosis in my second trimester and was crying thinking it would harm my baby! 😂 But my doctor reassured me and gave me a mild course of antibiotics. Please don't worry, just get it checked by your doctor.
Don't worry, vomiting doesn't hurt the baby at all, they are well protected inside. Just keep sipping ORS or lemon water to avoid dehydration, which might lead to expensive hospital IV drips if it gets severe.
