Honestly, I had light cramping in my first few weeks which my doctor said was just implantation and stretching. I just rested and drank warm fluids. But everyone's body is different, so definitely ask your gynac if it doesn't stop.
No, it won't cause pregnancy. But please make sure to be very hygienic because infections are quite easy to get this way, and infections are not good if you are trying to conceive or are already pregnant. Take proper care of yourself.
Yes, mild white discharge is very common, but I always kept a close eye on it. If you notice any bad smell, itching, or color change, please call your doctor immediately. Better to be safe.
Usually morning sickness starts around the 6th week and peaks by week 9 or 10. For me, because of my thyroid levels, my gynac monitored my nausea closely since hormone fluctuations can trigger it. Definitely keep a regular follow-up with your doc to check your levels.
Actually yaar, dragging heavy stuff puts a lot of pressure on your lower abdomen and back. It is definitely not safe, so let someone else do the moving around!
