I am in my second trimester and tried listening with my husband's stethoscope, but we couldn't hear a thing! I got so scared for a second. Has anyone else tried this and failed? I guess we should just wait for our next doctor appointment.
Yes, mild stretching pain is quite normal in the beginning! Just make sure to rest and stay hydrated. But if the pain gets too strong, do call your doctor to get checked.
My toddler is 2 now, and the suspense of not knowing was the best part of my pregnancy! Don't worry about gender, checking is illegal here anyway, just pray for a healthy baby.
Mild abdominal stretching is normal, but make sure you don't do any self-prescribed yoga or long walks to cure it unless your gynac has cleared you. I only did very light stretching after my doctor confirmed it was safe. Always listen to your doctor first before any physical activity.
Finding the right time can feel so emotionally draining, especially if it takes time. Try to track your ovulation but also remember to be gentle with yourself and your partner. Sending you lots of hope.
