Sneezing in office meetings was so awkward for me. I kept a thermos of hot water at my desk and did quick steam sessions at home. It saves time and actually works better than waiting for it to go away.
I read about this on my pregnancy tracker app! It's only needed if you are Rh-negative. The app actually reminded me to ask my doctor about it around week 28, but since I am positive, the doc said I didn't need it.
I used cold cucumber slices and a little face massage, felt nice and refreshing. Staying hydrated helped most actually. But if the swelling is sudden or severe, please get it checked by your doctor.
I wouldnt put any lotion on that sensitive area without asking, especially in pregnancy. If you have itching or irritation there, please tell your gynac, it could need a proper safe cream. Dont self apply random things down there.
I understand how worrying this feels, I had endo struggles too. For many the pain reduces during pregnancy but honestly your doctor knows your body best. Sending you a hug.
