I'm pregnant with my second child, and I'm wondering if things will be different this time. What should I generally expect from a second pregnancy compared to the first one?
I woke up in the middle of the night and can't stop thinking about taking a pregnancy test. If I take it at 3 AM, will the result still be accurate, or should I wait until morning?

Im only 9 weeks and my kamar is already aching so much, i thought back pain comes later when belly grows. Is it normal this early? Slightly worried, anyone else had it in first trimester?
