Kesar milk is very soothing! I used to drink it in my second trimester. I would just boil milk with exactly 2 strands of saffron and a little almonds. Just don't use too much kesar as it creates body heat, which we want to avoid during pregnancy.
Oh sweetie, don't stress too much about this! The baby is perfectly protected inside. Try having warm water or fennel seeds (saunf) after eating, it really helps with the bloating.
