Hi, I'm planning a trip but I'm worried about travelling while pregnant. Does travelling, especially by car or plane, have any specific effects on pregnancy? Should I avoid it?
I'm in my early pregnancy and my doctor has mentioned scans, but I'm not clear on the schedule. When are the important scanning appointments typically done during pregnancy, and what is each scan for? I want to be prepared.

I have been crying a lot due to family stress and then I feel guilty thinking baby can feel it. I am 16 weeks and trying to calm down but emotions are too much. Does occasional crying harm pregnancy?
