I'm curious about the hormones. Can oxytocin induce lactation even without pregnancy? I want to understand how it works.
Im quite constipated these days and after pushing in the toilet i saw a little spotting. Got really scared honestly. Planning to call my doctor tomorrow but wanted to know if straining can cause this. Has anyone gone through this?

Im too eager to wait for the missed period honestly. Period is expected in about 4-5 days. Can i test before that and trust it, or will it be too early and waste of kit? Pls share when you tested and got a correct result.
Getting these dull headaches almost daily since past few days and its draining me. Im around 14 weeks. Dont want to pop anything without asking my gynac. Is headache common at this stage or something to worry about?
