Simply put, sperm cannot travel through the skin or from the butt to the inside on its own. Just clean the area with normal water and keep yourself dry. There is absolutely no need to take emergency pills or worry about pregnancy from this.
Totally agree with the others. Tracking your ovulation days with a simple app helps a lot in the beginning.

I was super careful about everything during my GD pregnancy, and my doctor strictly told me not to take any over-the-counter painkillers. Nuromol has ibuprofen which is usually not safe in pregnancy. Please ask your gynac before taking any tablet.
Basically, sperm can live inside for up to 5 days, so conception can happen within a few days of having sex. Don't stress too much calculating every single day, just keep tracking your fertile days!
