Please dont self medicate na, even common tablets should be cleared by your gynac in pregnancy. And if the headache is severe or with vision changes or swelling, call your doctor right away. Better safe than sorry.
My gynac gave me a clear list, monitor fetal movements, attend weekly checkups towards the end, and watch for warning signs like swelling, headaches or reduced movement. She said report any of those immediately. Also finalise your delivery hospital and route in advance.
