You cannot prevent chromosomal conditions like Down syndrome because they are genetic, but you can screen for them. Because of my thyroid, I was already visiting my doctor very regularly, which helped us schedule the NT scan and double marker test at the exact right week. Regular doctor follow-ups are so important to stay on top of these screenings.
It's quite common to have digestive changes, but please monitor yourself closely. If the frequent bowel movements are accompanied by stomach cramps or any pain, it's safer to just consult your doctor immediately.
Beta, thyroid is a medical thing, isme home remedies se self-treat mat karna. Ha, thoda stress free raho aur healthy food khao ghar ka. Par doctor ne jo medicine di hai, wahi sabse jaruri hai isme.
I am in my second trimester now and honestly, we just wanted a healthy baby so we never thought about this. I don't think there is any scientific way to choose the gender. Did anyone else also feel that just having a healthy baby is the only thing that matters?
Yaar, my 3rd trimester fatigue is so real that cutting a whole jackfruit feels like a workout in itself! 😂 But honestly, if someone gives it to me cut and clean, I happily eat 2-3 pieces. Safe to eat, bas pet heavy na ho jaye tab tak hi thik hai.
