Honestly, don't stress too much about the number of scans. Some doctors do them every month just to show you the baby, while others do only 3. Just enjoy seeing your little bean on screen!
A thyroid test won't show a pregnancy, dear. Keep your faith, take a proper home test, and may God bless you with good news soon.
My doctor told me to take 1000mg but I always worry if I am getting enough from my food. Are you guys also tracking your daily calcium intake or just taking the pills? I get scared that baby won't get enough.
I personally loved eating fruits as a mid-morning snack around 11 AM instead of junk food. It kept my energy levels high, but I always washed them thoroughly first.
I totally understand how much you want everything to be perfect for your future little baby, dear. Focus on eating warm, loving, home-cooked meals, lots of green leafy vegetables, and milk. Your body is preparing for a beautiful journey, so treat it gently.
