First time pregnant and my gynac said come for scan next week. I have no idea what happens during it, will it be painful or anything? someone who has done it pls explain.
Im in early weeks and saw a little spotting today which scared me, i always thought bleeding means something is wrong. Is it possible to bleed and still be a normal pregnancy? pls share.

Bit confused na, doctor counts weeks from last period but conception happens later. So when does it actually start counting? just trying to understand my dates properly.
