I think eating a balanced diet with folic acid and DHA helps, but please check with your gynac before starting any special brain supplements. They will tell you what is safe and actually works.
Please don't take any OTC tablets or lozenges like Cofsils without checking. I had a really difficult pregnancy with complications, so I got super cautious. It is always better to just message your gynac and take what she suggests.
Having struggled with PCOS, I used cinnamon a lot earlier to manage my insulin, but during pregnancy, I became super cautious. I only took a tiny pinch in my food occasionally. It's always safer to ask your doctor before using it regularly because our bodies are already so sensitive.

I am currently in week 24 and the charts say energy should be back, but I am still so tired. Does it actually get better for anyone else?
