Keep it simple. A gentle 20-minute walk morning and evening is good, but only if your doctor has allowed it. If you have any complications like low lying placenta or high BP, then complete bed rest is better. Don't force yourself just because others are doing it.
Side-lying or spooning positions are very comfortable and practical as the belly grows. No need to overcomplicate things with difficult positions, keep it simple and safe.
Haha, if there was a trick to choose, I wouldn't have ended up with twin boys! It is completely random and decided by genes, nothing you eat or do can change it. Just prepare yourself for double the diaper duty, whatever comes!
Haan na, early months are so tough with all this vomiting sensation. My doctor told me a safe tablet name during my first visit and that helped a lot. Ask your doc, safely manage ho jayega tension mat lo.
Mera baby abhi born hua and honestly when they place that tiny baby on your chest, they are the most beautiful thing on earth. No diet or trick changes genetics, just enjoy the phase.
