My last period was quite some time ago, and now I'm pregnant. How can I figure out approximately when I conceived my baby?

Been tracking my basal body temp every morning while trying to conceive and this month it has stayed up for like 16 days na. Mujhe lagta hai maybe pregnancy ho sakti hai but not sure if the chart alone can tell. anyone here actually figured out their pregnancy from bbt?
Im only around 6 weeks and already running to the washroom so many times, even at night. Is it normal this early or does it start later for most? Just curious when it began for u.
