My fasting sugar levels are a bit high, and I'm worried about gestational diabetes. Can anyone share tips on how to control fasting sugar naturally during pregnancy?
I've noticed some changes in my body since I got pregnant. My nipples seem to be getting darker. Is it normal for nipple color to change during pregnancy?

Since few days my white discharge has increased thoda more than usual and period is due in a week. We are trying so im hopeful but dont want to assume. Is extra white discharge actually an early sign? anyone else had this?
