This is my first and everyone keeps saying first trimester is the tricky one. Honestly I dont fully get matlab kitne weeks it covers and why people say be careful in this time. Can someone explain simply?
My gynac wrote this test on my prescription and i forgot to ask her what exactly it checks. Matlab is it the same as the double marker? Anyone done this, what does it tell?

My LMP date and the week the scan showed are slightly different and im a bit confused. How does the sonography actually decide how many weeks pregnant you are? Trying to understand which date to go by.
