Hi, I'm 20 weeks pregnant and when can a pregnancy test be positive?. actually what should I do? Any advice from other moms-to-be?
Im in my first tri and the vomiting is bohot bad, cant even keep water down some days. So tired of it. I dont want to take anything without asking but is it ok to take a tablet for this? planning to call my doc tomorrow.
Period is still 4 days away but I have all these little symptoms and cant stop thinking about it. Patience is zero right now haha. Will a test even show anything this early or should I just wait?

I think I had implantation bleeding 2 din pehle, very light spotting. Im so eager to test but dont want a false negative na. After how many days should I take the test for it to show correct?
