When you conceive, your body starts preparing for a long journey. The first major sign is usually a missed period, followed by tender breasts or mild fatigue. Even though I ended up having a C-section, those very early weeks are where the body starts working its miracles, so take plenty of rest.
Honestly, just enjoy the process and treat yourself to good food! Eat lots of walnuts, leafy greens, and fresh fruits to boost fertility. Having a happy, well-fed body is the best way to prepare for a baby!
In my experience, showing affection like kissing was completely fine and we never faced any issues. I always preferred asking my doctor about intimacy just to be 100% sure, but normally it is totally safe.
I bought literally five different creams because I was so worried about permanent marks! In the end, I realized keeping the skin moist is what matters, not the expensive brand. Just apply whatever you have consistently, even after delivery, to help the skin recover.
Walking actually helped me get whatever little sleep I could manage back then! My legs used to ache, but a slow walk in the evening really helped digest my food and reduced bloating. Wish I could sleep like that now, haha!
