I love fish, especially mackerel, but now that I'm pregnant, I'm careful about what I eat. Is mackerel safe to consume during pregnancy, or should I avoid it?

At my scan doc said my cervix length is thoda on the lower side and told me to take rest. Im 22 weeks and honestly bohot tension ho rahi hai. Did anyone go through this, what helped you?
