I literally had a food baby that felt harder than my actual pregnancy in the first few weeks, lol. You cannot feel the baby by touching your stomach until much later in the second trimester. Save yourself the trouble and just pee on a stick!
It can definitely be one of the early signs due to those crazy pregnancy hormones! 🙈 But don't rely only on skin changes. Do a quick home test for a happy confirmation! 🎉
I kept my salt intake normal during my pregnancy and never had issues. Just keep a check on your blood pressure during regular visits, as high salt can sometimes affect it. Listen to your body and eat balanced meals.
Dealing with low platelets in my 3rd trimester was so tiring with all the extra blood tests. Gynac told me to eat pomegranate and kiwi daily. But please check with your doc regularly to track the numbers.
