Honestly, why would you even want to squeeze into tight pants right now? Switch to comfortable maternity leggings or loose joggers. Your baby is well protected, but tight pants will only give you awful acidity and make you miserable.
During my regular checkup at the hospital, the clinical nutritionist told me that occasional ripe pineapple is fine, but canned ones should be avoided. I suggest checking directly with your hospital staff.
Don't self-prescribe iron supplements. Your doctor will do a blood test and give u the exact dosage based on your hemoglobin levels. Just stick to that.
I am also trying to understand my cycle better. Isn't ovulation usually in the middle of the cycle? But I've heard some women have irregular cycles and can get pregnant right before their expected date.
Haha, that is so sweet! My mom also said she felt super tired when my first trimester fatigue started. Honestly, keeping her active by walking with me in the evenings really helped us both feel better, but only do light walks if your doc has cleared you.
