I tracked my cycle on an app and tested exactly on the day my period was due. Morning urine works best because hCG is higher then. If its negative but no period after a few days, test again.
7th month is when the third trimester starts and baby grows a lot, also when they monitor your BP and sugar more closely. Both my pregnancies they increased the checkups around then. Just keep up with scans and dont skip appointments.
