Saw light spotting today and im only 6 weeks, got really scared. Planning to call my gynac tomorrow but couldnt sleep so asking here. Did anyone have bleeding early on and baby was still fine?

Ok i know this might sound a little funny but my MIL keeps giving me saffron milk and coconut saying baccha gora hoga. Does any of this actually work or its just an old wives tale? Curious only.
Bit of a beginner question na. We are trying and im way too impatient lol. After how many days does the test actually show something correct? Dont wanna test too early and get false hope.
