Im having this sharp pain on one side and a little spotting, and i read about ectopic and now im honestly panicking. Im around 6 weeks. Calling my doctor first thing tomorrow but couldnt sleep so posting here, did anyone have these signs?
Dont self diagnose this hun. Any bad cramping on one side plus bleeding, call ur gynac straight away or go to emergency. Better to get the scan and be told all is fine.
My doctor explained ectopic is usually picked up on the early scan by seeing where the pregnancy is sitting. Strong one sided pain or spotting are red flags she told me to call immediately for. Pls book a scan asap to be sure.
I know how scary this fear is, i really do. But the only way to know is an ultrasound and a hCG check, so please go get seen today. Whatever it is, u shouldnt carry this worry alone, see ur gynac.

Please dont try to figure this out from a post, ectopic needs a scan to confirm. If u have sharp one sided pain, bleeding or dizziness go to ur doctor or ER right away. Dont wait on this one.
