Im 34 and this is my first, plus i have slightly high BP. keep wondering if that puts me in high risk category. Is there some checklist or things that decide this? want to be prepared before i ask my doc.
I was marked high risk because of my BP, and it just meant more monitoring, nothing scary. A random quiz cant decide this. Please let your doctor assess you properly, thats the only reliable answer.
Skip the quiz. High risk is a medical call based on real factors like diabetes, age, history of issues. Tell your gynac everything honestly and they will tell you if you need extra care. Simple.
Honestly online quizzes wont really tell you this. High risk depends on things like your age, BP, sugar, past history, twins etc. Your gynac is the only one who can actually label it after seeing your reports. I would skip the quiz and just ask at your next visit.
Dont let those quizzes stress you out na. Even if you are high risk it usually just means extra checkups and care. Sit with your doctor, share your full history, and they will tell you clearly.
I used to do these quizzes at 2am and only scared myself more, trust me dont do it. Whatever the internet says, your doctor knows your actual body and reports. Ask them directly, you will feel so much calmer.
