First baby, im 29 and so far all reports normal hai. Doc didnt really say if im low risk or not and i keep wondering. How do they even decide this? thoda confused honestly.
Personally, my doctor told me I was low risk because my age, BP, and all early blood reports were perfect. It basically meant I could continue my normal daily activities. Definitely check your latest scan reports and ask your doctor in your next visit.
Unless your doctor specifically mentions high-risk factors like high BP, gestational diabetes, or placenta issues, you are generally considered low risk. Just keep going for your regular scans and follow the basic routine, you are doing great.
Sending you so much love! A low risk pregnancy just means everything is going beautifully and smoothly with no extra complications. It is such a blessing, so try to enjoy this beautiful phase without stressing too much.
I felt so confused about this term during my early weeks too. When my doctor told me my reports are completely normal and I am low risk, I felt this huge wave of relief. It's a wonderful sign that your baby is growing safely.
I was high risk because of gestational diabetes, so I had to be super strict about my diet and sugar levels. If your doctor hasn't put any restrictions on your food or activity, you are likely low risk! Still, keep eating healthy and avoid too much sweets.
