I love adding amul fresh cream to my gravies and milk, but now im second guessing every dairy thing i eat. Is it fine to have during pregnancy or should i cut down? Pls share.
Yaar amul cream is totally ok actually, its packaged and pasteurised. I used it in my pastas and all. Bas thoda limit rakho because cream is heavy na, otherwise no problem.
Cream is okay but watch the quantity, especially if there is any weight or sugar concern. I had to keep fatty stuff in check. If your reports are normal a little cream in food is no harm.
