These days out of nowhere my heart starts racing and i feel like something bad is going to happen. Never had this before i got pregnant. Is this a normal pregnancy thing or should i mention it to my gynac? feeling a bit alone with it.
My gynac told me anxiety and even panic attacks are fairly common because of hormonal shifts and the emotional load. She said it's important not to ignore it, sometimes counselling or simple breathing techniques help a lot. Do mention it to ur doctor.
Yes, they really are more common than people admit. I went through it and felt so alone at the time. The hormones plus all the worry can trigger it. What helped me was talking openly to my doctor, please dont feel ashamed to.
Yes beta it's common, you're not overreacting. Try slow deep breathing when it hits, and don't keep it bottled up, talk to someone you trust. And if the attacks are frequent, your gynac can really guide you, no shame in that.
Babe it's so common, dont feel weird about it. The body is going through a lot. Talk to ur doc and lean on people around you, you dont have to handle the spiral alone.
It happens to many of us, you're not alone in this. I found some calm in light prayer and music during my pregnancy. But also share it with ur doctor, that combination of inner peace and proper care helps the most.
I totally understand how scary this feels. You are not weak or doing anything wrong, anxiety in pregnancy happens to so many of us. Reaching out like this is already a brave step. Be gentle with urself.
