I eat one banana every morning but my mom suddenly said its 'cold' and not good in pregnancy. Im in second trimester. Honestly confused now coz everyone says something different. Is it fine to keep eating?
Yes banana is very good during pregnancy, in my family elders always gave it for energy and to keep tummy settled. I ate one daily. Just dont overdo if u have sugar issues, otherwise its a lovely safe fruit.
Totally safe, I practically lived on bananas during my pregnancies, easy and filling. Good for the constipation phase too. Just one a day is plenty, no need to eat a dozen.
Beta banana is a blessing for pregnancy, gives strength and helps when tummy is troubled. We always recommended it. Just eat ripe ones and not on a completely empty stomach if it gives u acidity.
Banana is generally fine and nutritious, but since I had gestational diabetes my doc told me to limit sweet fruits and pair them with some protein. So if ur sugar is normal, enjoy it, otherwise just check the quantity with ur doctor.
